The best masters theses on the Portuguese Economy in 2018
March 7, 2019The Bank of Portugal in collaboration with the Fundação Manuel dos Santos organizes every two years a competition to select the best masters theses written on the Portuguese Economy from across all higher education institutions in Portugal.
At the _9.ª Conferência Desenvolvimento económico português no espaço europeu _16 theses were presented. The thesis “Estimating Gender Differences in the Probability of Unemployment: Evidence From Portugal” by Joana Passinhas from ISEG won the 2018 Prémio José da Silva Lopes, awarded by the Bank of Portugal to the best thesis.
The Fundação Manuel dos Santos edits an e-book containing all 16 best theses. The e-book can be found here.
